The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

RUSH FEE details for RUSH orders

RUSH FEE is non-refundable and must be approved by shop prior to purchase. Fee is in addition to item and shipping charges. This option is for custom orders needed in less than 4 weeks. Message shop if you need a Rush order.

Do you offer embroidery or monogram on the shirts? If not, can I have it done elsewhere?

These are top quality vintage flannels and they are intended to be loved and worn long after the wedding day. In my experience, I have found that your bridal party actually prefers to receive shirts without any kind of label or wording. These are not a "throw away gift" or "one use only gift." Therefore, I do NOT offer any type of embroidery or monogramming.

If you absolutely must have them personalized or monogrammed you can take them to your local monogramming company and have it done there.

Do you offer a discount on large quantities?

The Vintage Vow offers a variety of products at different price points as well as special promotions and/or sales throughout the year. We do not currently offer a discount on quantity or bulk orders. If you are military message me for current offers.

You are sold out of the color I want. When will you get more in stock?

Inventory changes all the time. Message the shop to discuss details of your color request. Most requests can be accommodated if given enough time. 10 weeks is a good rule of thumb for the time needed to create a custom request.

How far in advance should I place an order?

The sooner you order, the more time there is for communication between the buyer and the designer. If time is limited, so are the choices.

Can I make changes to my order after I pay?

Yes, you can make some changes to your order during the process. After a purchase, you can adjust sizing and even color if needed. If shop can accommodate a request it will. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service along with a great product. We want you to love your purchase from The Vintage Vow.
